Understand what the service does, whether it fits your goal, and which direction you need.
Yes. Setup guides are available for iPhone/iPad, Android, Windows, and macOS. Open the setup page and choose your device to see the recommended app.
A client is the connection app installed on your phone or computer. iPhone/iPad, Android, Windows, and macOS use different apps, so choose your device on the setup page.
A server is one of the routes listed in the app. Start with one near the website or service you need. If it is slow or fails, compare another region. A region label does not guarantee access to a third-party service.
Note: "Rule mode for daily use" applies to the global direction. China Proxy Service (and the China direction of Pro) is the opposite — it needs Global mode; the China route has no effect in Rule mode.
We maintain and optimize nodes around the clock; the client only receives the latest configuration after a subscription update. Per client:
If the connection feels slow or new nodes are missing, update the subscription first, then try switching nodes.
No. Lower latency often means quicker response, but streaming and downloads also depend on bandwidth, packet loss, and congestion. The most useful test is to compare two or three servers with the same website or app.
Data transferred through the proxy counts toward plan usage. HD video, large downloads, cloud sync, and system updates use more; text pages and chat usually use less. Check current usage in My Account.
An SSRocket proxy service connects your device to websites and apps through SSRocket proxy routes. After buying a plan, you receive a subscription link in My Account. Import it into a compatible client to load available servers and connect. SSRocket provides and maintains the routes, updates servers, and helps when connections fail.
The client is only a tool. Changing it does not add plan time or data, and buying a client does not buy SSRocket service.
After you connect, the client uses its current mode to decide which requests use the proxy. Those requests go to the selected server and then to the destination. Responses return along the same path.
Connected only means the proxy is on. Trying another server, local network, and website usually shows which part is failing.
A proxy can change the network exit region, but many sites and apps check more than network location. They may also use account country, payment method, cookies, device location, app-store country, and unusual sign-in history.
SSRocket provides the proxy connection but cannot change third-party account eligibility, subscription status, or security review.
Choose by destination, devices, and use case, then complete checkout.
Choose by where you need to connect:
AI Hub is a separate web AI service and does not include a proxy plan.
Enter an email address you regularly use, create a password, and follow the verification email. Use the same account later for orders, subscriptions, and support.
We accept debit or credit cards, Alipay, and WeChat Pay. USDT is also available when shown at checkout. Options can differ by region; if a method is not shown, it is not available for that order. Pay only through SSRocket checkout, never a personal account.
Sign in to My Account and check for a plan-change option. If none appears, email [email protected] with your current and desired plans before paying again, so you do not create a duplicate order.
| What you need | Recommended service |
|---|---|
| Overseas websites, apps, or developer services | Global Proxy Service |
| Priority routes or both directions | Global Proxy Service Pro |
| Mainland Chinese websites or apps while abroad | China Proxy Service |
Global and China Proxy solve different directions; they are not simply fast and slow versions. Choose the destination first, then compare term, data, and price.
Before paying, compare term, data, the three-device limit, and price. If unsure, tell support your country and the sites or apps you use most.
Sign in, install a client, import the subscription, and make the first connection.
If the first connection fails, refresh the subscription and try another server.
Open Setup, choose your device, and follow the download, import, and connection steps. Copy the subscription link from your own account rather than using a forwarded link.
The subscription link imports your servers into the app. It belongs to your account, so do not post it in chats, forums, or screenshots. If it may have leaked, contact [email protected].
Keep the subscription link private.
The subscription link contains your usable configuration. Do not post it in public chats, screenshots, or unknown support channels. For support, send your account email, device, client name, time, and exact error instead.
SSRocket provides the current subscription profile for your account, not a link that belongs to one specific app. You can import the same subscription into Shadowrocket, Clash Verge, or another compatible client.
If it fails, refresh the subscription, try another node, check the iOS VPN permission, then send support your OS version, client version, node region, and exact error.
Common desktop causes include old profiles, disabled system proxy, workplace or school network rules, and conflicts with other proxy apps. Change one setting at a time during diagnosis.
Choose nodes and modes, move between devices, check usage, and renew when needed.
If it still does not arrive, email [email protected] from the registered address.
Sign in to the same SSRocket account on the new device, open the setup guide for that system, and import the subscription again. Remove the profile from a device you no longer use.
Global Proxy, Global Proxy Pro, and China Proxy plans currently allow up to three simultaneous devices. Disconnect unused devices before adding another one, and do not share the account long-term.
If it is still missing, send [email protected] the order number, payment time, and payment confirmation. Hide card numbers, passwords, and verification codes.
Card subscriptions may renew automatically for the selected billing period. Alipay, WeChat, and USDT orders usually require manual renewal. Check the status or cancel renewal in My Account. After cancellation, the already-paid time remains available.
Email [email protected] from the address used at checkout. Include the order number, payment time, a short explanation, and any useful screenshot. We will review the order under the refund policy shown at purchase. Do not send full card numbers, passwords, or verification codes.
Note: "Rule mode for daily use" applies to the global direction. China Proxy Service (and the China direction of Pro) is the opposite — it needs Global mode; the China route has no effect in Rule mode.
SSRocket maintains nodes and subscription profiles, but your client does not automatically know every change. Refreshing the subscription makes the client read the current usable configuration for your account.
When speed is slow, nodes are missing, the list is empty, or you just renewed service, refresh the subscription first, then test another node.
Many software, AI tools, and overseas services publish current guidance first on English official sites, help centers, blogs, or developer docs. If you rely on one Chinese search entry only, you may find outdated screenshots, copied posts, or instructions for an older version.
SSRocket help pages cover common steps; for third-party product changes, official sources usually update faster.
Search results are not a support decision. For SSRocket account, order, subscription, or refund requests, use My Account or contact [email protected].
If My Account shows that payment failed or the plan is not active, follow the checkout message first. If the order succeeded but the client never updates, contact [email protected].
AI Hub and proxy plans are separate services. Troubleshoot connection issues with the client guides; handle AI Hub credit, model, billing, and chat issues according to the AI Hub page and current Terms.
Check the account, subscription, client, local network, node, and destination in order.
If you still need help, send support your device, OS, app name, exact error, and time. Do not send a password or full subscription link.
If every server stays slow, send support your city, ISP, device, test time, and destination.
You can send support an error screenshot, but hide the full subscription link.
If it still fails, send support the URL and exact error.
Temporarily change the app from Rule mode to Global mode, then test the affected app again. If it works in Global mode, the rule set may not cover it. Update the client and subscription, retest, and then return to the recommended mode.
Most clients default to Rule mode, which routes China-bound traffic outside the proxy — the China route is not used even when connected. Switch to Global mode: in Shadowrocket set "Global Routing" to "Proxy"; in Clash-family clients switch the proxy mode to "Global". Then select a China node and connect. Switch back when you need overseas sites. This also applies to the China direction of Global Proxy Service Pro.
If the message remains, the service may also check account country, payment country, or its own rules. A proxy cannot guarantee access past third-party account restrictions.
If you need support, send city and ISP, OS, client name, server region, time, and exact error. Never send passwords, codes, or the full subscription link.
The latency number only shows how quickly a server responds. Slow video, pages, or calls can also come from server load, local Wi-Fi, ISP routes, background downloads, or the destination itself.
If mobile data works but Wi-Fi is slow, check the local network. If only one server is slow, switch servers.
If the client says connected but the destination still fails, the cause may be rules, DNS, account region, cookies, or the third party's risk controls. Compare nodes and modes before reinstalling.
A node region describes the network route, not a guarantee that every app will classify the account as that region. Many services combine account country, payment profile, phone number, device location, app-store region, cookies, language, and historical sign-ins.
SSRocket can provide the network direction, but it cannot change third-party account records or override a third party's region policy.
Apps like TikTok usually do not rely on a single IP rule. Besides network exit, they may consider SIM, device region, system language, app-store region, account profile, location permission, cookies, historical sign-ins, and content interactions.
Even with the right network direction, the third-party platform may apply its own controls. SSRocket does not promise that a third-party account or feed will switch to a specific region.
The same node can feel different for different users because the first part of the route is controlled by the local network. Home Wi-Fi interference, mobile signal, ISP gateway, device performance, background downloads, destination throttling, and peak hours all affect results.
If every node remains abnormal across networks, send support your city, ISP, device, client, test time, destination, and error details.
If the list remains empty, send support your account email, device OS, client name, import method, refresh time, and screenshots. Do not send the full subscription link.
If only one website or app fails, the cause may be account region, cookies, DNS, risk controls, or that service's own limits. Send support the destination, node region, client, device OS, and exact error.
Protect your account and subscription, and understand privacy, usage rules, and safe support requests.
Do not use SSRocket for illegal activity, fraud, network attacks, spam, abusive scraping, malware, or infringement of others. Serious or repeated abuse may result in restriction or account closure.
Do not publish, resell, or share an account or subscription link with multiple people long-term. It can use up your device allowance and data, and exposes your connection profile. Choose a suitable plan or contact support if you need more devices.
We process information needed for registration, payment, subscription delivery, abuse prevention, and support. The Privacy Policy explains what is collected, why, and for how long. Do not send passwords, full subscription links, or payment codes to support.
Follow local laws, workplace or school network rules, and the terms of the websites and apps you use. A proxy changes the network connection; it does not grant third-party account eligibility or remove responsibility for your account and actions.
A proxy cannot stop phishing, malicious downloads, or account scams. Check sources before opening links, installing software, or entering passwords. See the Privacy Policy for the information SSRocket processes and retains.
For an individual first purchase of a proxy service, you may email [email protected] from the purchasing account within 7 days of purchase to submit a refund request. Review follows the policy shown at purchase, the current Terms, and payment-provider rules.
AI Hub subscriptions, group or business orders, account sharing or abuse, duplicate purchases, Terms violations, or requests outside the applicable scope are handled under the current Terms and may not follow the standard refund request path. Do not send full card numbers, verification codes, passwords, or full subscription links.
