Why do some apps show another region after I connect to a US node?
Third-party apps may use account, payment, device, location, cookies, and sign-in history, not only the network exit.
A node region describes the network route, not a guarantee that every app will classify the account as that region. Many services combine account country, payment profile, phone number, device location, app-store region, cookies, language, and historical sign-ins.
Check this first
- Compare two US nodes.
- Sign out of the target app and sign in again.
- Clear the service cookies or app cache.
- Confirm whether system location permission or app-store region affects the service.
