Why can the same node be fast for one person and slow for another?
Speed depends on local ISP, Wi-Fi, device, time, destination, and node load together.
The same node can feel different for different users because the first part of the route is controlled by the local network. Home Wi-Fi interference, mobile signal, ISP gateway, device performance, background downloads, destination throttling, and peak hours all affect results.
How to compare
- Compare two or three nodes on the same device and local network.
- Test pages, video, and downloads, not only one speed number.
- Pause system updates, cloud sync, and large downloads.
- Retest once on Wi-Fi and once on mobile data.
If every node remains abnormal across networks, send support your city, ISP, device, client, test time, destination, and error details.
