The Chinese version of this agreement prevails; the English version is for reference only. In case of any discrepancy, the Chinese version controls.
Thank you for choosing SSRocket's products and services (including customer support, the "Service"), provided by the SSRocket team ("SSRocket", "we", "us"). By creating or registering an SSRocket account and using our Service, you confirm that you have read and fully agree to this Service Agreement.
1. Users & Accounts
- You must agree to and comply with all terms herein. We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone.
- Never disclose or share your subscription link. If others misuse it and your Service becomes abnormal or unavailable, you are responsible and not eligible for a refund.
- The three concurrent devices apply only to your own personal devices and may not be shared. Shared accounts receive no customer support and no refund (even on a first purchase), and the account will be banned immediately.
- Keep your subscription link, guides and client apps safe, and have basic client knowledge to avoid wasting support resources on repeated questions. Please check the FAQ before contacting us.
- Users who maliciously waste resources, spam support channels with repeated questions, or attack/insult our staff will have all Service (including support) terminated immediately, with no refund (even on a first purchase).
- Many factors affect speed, which is limited by the weakest link between your client and the destination. We therefore do not accept refund requests based on speed, and will recommend the most suitable server for your network.
- Personal users get 3 concurrent global nodes by default; for more, contact support from your account center to purchase separately.
- The email you register with is your unique identifier; keep it valid to receive notices, and safeguard your account and password — you are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not reuse the password elsewhere; if you suspect compromise, change it and contact us immediately.
2. Acceptable Use (Lawful Use Only)
All users may only use the Service within the bounds of U.S. law. If you violate any term, or we are investigating suspected misconduct, we may suspend or permanently terminate the Service and ban your account immediately, with no refund. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:
- Sending spam (SPAM) or any repeated, unsolicited messages; connecting to illegal RACES, gambling, illegal lotteries, etc.
- Defaming, abusing, harassing, stalking, threatening or otherwise infringing others' lawful rights (e.g. privacy).
- Publishing, uploading or distributing defamatory, obscene or illegal content (e.g. child pornography); inciting discrimination, hatred or violence based on race, religion or ethnicity.
- Uploading or distributing material protected by IP law (copyright/trademark infringement) without rights or licenses; uploading viruses, trojans, worms or other malware.
- Forging or removing copyright attributions, legal notices or software labels; unreasonably impairing others' enjoyment of the Service; harvesting others' information (including email).
- Creating false identities to mislead; creating and operating a TOR node; scanning or sniffing other hosts' ports without written permission.
- Any BitTorrent-type data transfer without explicit permission; sniffing, intruding, penetrating or attacking the network or infrastructure in any way.
- Using the Service outside your subscription eligibility, e.g. using a personal subscription within a group/organization/business; using the subscription mainly for automation (scripts, crawlers, headless browsers, etc.).
Our Service helps you access content on the Internet, for which only the publisher is responsible. We may review content to assess legality or policy compliance, but are not obligated to review all content; where we reasonably believe content violates our policy or law, we will refuse connection and stop the Service immediately.
3. Subscription & Payment
- The Service is billed on a subscription basis: monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual.
- All prices are in USD; Alipay/WeChat amounts are converted at the current rate. USDT orders require a transaction hash before they can be submitted.
- If not renewed after expiry, the Service is automatically suspended.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Accelerator (Global Acceleration / Pro / China Return)
- A personal subscriber is entitled to a full refund within 7 days of their first purchase — simply by requesting it.
- Apart from the first purchase, we do not accept refund requests for any reason (including speed-based requests).
- Users whose Service is terminated for violating this agreement are not eligible for a refund.
4.2 AI Hub
- AI Hub subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased, consistent with ChatGPT Plus / Claude Pro / Google AI Pro. Cancel anytime from the dashboard; Service continues to period end with no charge next month.
- For accidental purchase, billing errors or account anomalies, email [email protected] for case-by-case review.
4.3 Bundle / Group Users
- Bundle: the accelerator portion follows §4.1 (7-day refund); the AI Hub portion follows §4.2 (non-refundable).
- Group, organization or business users (i.e. all non-personal users) are not eligible for any refund.
5. Service Availability & Disclaimer
Because the terms or policies of destination sites/apps may change at any time, we cannot absolutely guarantee continued support for any service, including but not limited to streaming sites such as Netflix, HBO, HULU and Amazon, and sites/apps using IP allowlists. During maintenance or force majeure the site may be briefly unavailable; we will restore it as soon as possible. The Service is provided "as is"; to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages arising from its use.
6. Notifications
While you use the Service, we may send you announcements and service-related notices. You may opt out of non-functional email notices; functional notices (e.g. registration, password retrieval/reset) cannot be disabled.
7. Modification, Termination & Amendments
We continually update and improve the Service (e.g. adding or removing features). We may amend any term at any time to reflect changes in law or the Service; please review periodically. Material amendments will be posted within the applicable Service; amendments are not retroactive and take effect 14 days after posting, except special changes for new features or legal reasons, which take effect immediately. If you disagree with any modification or amendment, you may stop using the Service at any time, but you will not receive a refund.
8. Intellectual Property
SSRocket's branding, interface design, code and documentation are our intellectual property. Reproduction, modification or distribution without written permission is prohibited.
