1. Service Overview
SSRocket ("we", "us") provides network acceleration and AI tool access services ("Service"). By using our Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.
2. Account Registration
- You must provide a valid email address to register.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- Each person may only register one account. Multi-account abuse is prohibited.
- You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority in your country/region.
3. Subscription & Payment
- The Service is billed on a subscription basis, with monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual options.
- All prices are listed in USD. When paying via Alipay/WeChat, amounts are converted at the current exchange rate.
- If you do not renew after your subscription expires, the Service will be automatically suspended.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing. Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance.
4. Refund Policy
- New subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
- Once a refund is approved, we will process it to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Users whose service is terminated due to policy violations are not eligible for refunds.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for the following purposes:
- Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Sending spam, malware, or conducting cyberattacks.
- Infringing on others' intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Reselling, sharing, or redistributing Service access.
- Reverse engineering or conducting unauthorized performance testing of the Service.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% service availability, but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted due to maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure. We will provide advance notice for scheduled maintenance.
7. AI Tools Usage
- AI tools provided through ChatCats AI Hub are subject to monthly usage limits.
- AI-generated content is for reference only. We are not responsible for its accuracy.
- Using AI tools to generate illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content is prohibited.
8. Intellectual Property
SSRocket's branding, interface design, code, and documentation are our intellectual property. Reproduction, modification, or distribution without written permission is prohibited.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or on-site notification. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
